United Care Kids Leadership Programme - Theme 1: Parliament

The United Care: Kids Leadership Programme with Parliament theme is a 5-week initiative designed to empower children aged 7–12 with leadership, communication, and civic awareness skills. Through a blend of self-learning modules, interactive online sessions, and group practice, kids explore the foundations of Parliament, leadership values, and public speaking.

The programme culminates in a Speech Day, where participants confidently present their ideas in a supportive setting—building the belief that anything is possible. Led by Programme Chair Junaid Qureshi and a passionate team, this initiative prepares young minds for the future, including the skills needed in an AI-driven world.

  • Peer and mentor feedback

  • Refine and rehearse final speech
  • Incorporate feedback from Week 3
